What time is check in and check out?

Check in is 2pm and check out is 11 am. Late check out or early check in is available, but only by prior arrangement with the owner or local manager.

Do you have a/c and Wi-Fi?

There is a/c and ceiling fans in every bedroom. Good Wi-Fi is available, please ask for the code on arrival.

Can I hire a car or bike locally?

Yes you can hire a car, scooter or bicycles locally, please ask our manager on arrival. Cars can be hired from Kingston or Montego Bay Airports but we do not recommend driving yourself to the Villa unless you are familiar with the Jamaican roads!

We can organize reliable local drivers to pick you up from the airport, it is advisable to book with us as our drivers are familiar with the routes and are fully insured.

Local taxis can be booked through our caretaker, generally at short notice.

What else is included in the rate?

The services of our chef, cleaning staff and caretaker are included in the rate. Our chef will cook you breakfast and dinner daily, if desired, you just need to pay for the food and drink. The housekeeping staff clean, change the sheets and towels. If you are planning to have additional meals or inviting extra guests this will be charged extra as it will entail more time for our staff.

What is the weather like?

It's sunny all year round here on the north coast. We don't have a high or low season, as the weather is always good, but we have occasional rain in the afternoons from May to October.

Can I book a guide?

Our caretaker will happily accompany you on local trips if you need a guide. If you are going further afield, we can plan for a driver to ensure they are with you and can negotiate entry fees for attractions, help with finding food outlets and making payments, etc.

What currency should I bring?

US and Jamaican dollars are accepted in all shops, bars, and restaurants, but you will generally get a better exchange rate if you pay in Jamaican. Most places accept credit/debit cards.

Is smoking allowed ?

This is not allowed in the villa  but there are designated smoke areas.
